Power was out in Cleveland Heights AGAIN last
night - it died at 9 and we went to bed by
candlelight at 11. It did turn back on sometime
before Anne got up at 5. This is at least the
second time in as many months that the power
has gone out for an extended period. What's the
deal? I don't buy the 'Aging Infrastructure'
line - this didn't happen with this frequency
in Boston or Cambridge.
Also, there's no news coverage that I can find
online.
